Courier services are a popular way to deliver letters, standard and oversized parcels, as well as items on pallets. We offer courier deliveries between Poland and other countries, or between two countries other than Poland.

Our range of services is our response to your needs.

Looking at the destinations of our customers’ shipments, you can see that we are able to deliver your parcels to any major business centre or tourist destination. The parcels we accept for delivery always arrive at their destination intact and always by the date we agree with you. They can be delivered on a door-to-door- basis or a first-door basis, or any other agreed location.

Standard parcel

The following discounts are available for several parcels shipped together to the same address:

5% – 3-10 parcels

8% – 11-15 parcels

10% – 16 or more parcels

This is a door-to-door service.
Delivery will made to the first door at the destination address (in the case of a block of flats).
The standard price list includes only prices for the delivery of parcels weighing up to 50 kg.
For parcels heavier than 50 kg, the price is calculated as for oversized parcels.
For example: 54 kg x EUR 1.3 € = EUR 70.2 (This is the cost of the service.

 

Standard parcels

•  Actual weight per package: up to 50 kg
•  Maximum package dimensions:
  • Circumferenceup to 300 cm, calculated using the following formula:
    2 x width + 2 x height + the longest side
  • Length:up to 200 cm
  • Width:up to 100 cm
  • Heigth:up to 100 cm
•  Shape:regular, standard, with no protruding parts

• Price: The price is always calculated by weight.

 

 

Oversized parcels

•  Actual weight per package: up to 50 kg
•  Maximum package dimensions:
  • Length:no limitations
  • Width:no limitations
  • Height:no limitations
•  Shape:oval, irregular, with protruding parts

• Price:calculated on the basis of the higher of (a) the size or (b) the weight of the package.

 

 

Delivery on pallets

• Actual weight per pallet: up to 1,000 kg
  Heavier pallets can also be delivered. The cost is calculated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Length: 120cm
  • Width: 80cm
  • Height: 180 cm
•  Collection policy:
  • In Poland, pallets are collected by vehicles with lifts.
  • In Ireland, the customer is responsible for loading and unloading pallets.

Additional information

• pallet dimensions: 120 cm x 80 cm, maximum height: 180 cm
• All items must be placed within the confines of the pallet.
• Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for loading and unloading all pallets.
• Loading means using a forklift truck to place a pallet into the vehicle rather than placing items on a pallet inside the vehicle.
• For very distant locations, such as Letterkenny, Skibereen or Clifden, an additional pick-up charge of EUR 50 will be added to the listed price.

• In Poland, shipments are collected and delivered between 8 AM and 6 PM by Fedex or our drivers.
• In Ireland, shipments are collected by our drivers, between 9 AM and 10 PM.
• Please stay at home at these times.

OUR VEHICLES WITH SHIPMENTS DEPART EVERY FRIDAY.

• Parcels are normally delivered within 4-7 business days of the date of collection. Please note that the date of collection is date zero (0).
• Deliveries are made within 7 days, except where collection is on a Thursday, in which case delivery within 7 days cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders from Poland can be made until 9 PM (Irish time).
• Shipments in Poland are collected for us by our sub-contractors (GLS or Fedex), between 8 AM and 6 PM. However, no specific time or time period can be arranged for collection.
• Shipments in Ireland are collected and delivered between 9 AM and 10 PM. Collection / delivery times can be arranged by phone.
• If you are planning to send a shipment from Poland on a Thursday, please note that we may not be able to collect your shipment as arranged, because our courier will simply not have enough time to pick it up, as shipments are collected on the specified date or on the following date. If your shipment is collected on a Friday, it will not depart from Poland on the same Friday, but on the next one.
• Our sub-contractors in Poland may sometimes need 48 hours to pick up a shipment to be delivered to our sorting facility in Poland. If your shipment is collected on a Thursday, it may arrive at its destination later than expected.

 

 

 

 

 

As the cost of the service may depend on the delivery location or the loading location, please contact our office.
You can choose between Donegal County in Ireland, or Rzeszów or Biała Podlaska in Poland.

 

 

IMPORTANT! For removals of up to 100 kg, the cost will be calculated as for oversized parcels. Please place your order for oversized parcels if your items are not heavier.
